For PP1’s puzzle project, I was inspired by Japanese Maneki-neko figures that are used to bring luck to it owner. I felt that the inherent process of playing with puzzles were reminiscent of childhood and play, so I made a puzzle that was leaned more towards the aesthetic of cute and welcoming.
